I've received my first assignment for my writing class. I've been procrastinating doing my "homework" because ... I'm scared! I know it's important to me because of that. The instructor is sooooo nice -- I really have nothing to be afraid of -- , but there it is.
I'm also seeing the doctor today to check on my surgery. I'm nervous about that, too. I just want to curl up on the sofa with my knitting and my cat.
OK, I did it! And it was fun! Hurray for me!

Writing always seems daunting...the blank page syndrome/inner critic/monkey mind. Believe me, I know and so does anybody who writes. Just write down what you know.
